For some reason, it's easier for me to be more abstract when I'm painting animals...I find it harder to apply that ability to landscapes. I still have a lot of experimenting and learning to do, and it's way too much fun. :)
I bought some Golden iridescent pearl paint yesterday and am going to start experimenting with that, as well as Golden's crackle paste, which I'm very excited to try out.
